Practice tips:
1. Keep breathing.
When you are first starting, you may need to double your breaths to make it easier to flow through the sequence while not straining or holding your breath.
2. Take Breaks.
If you need to pause and take a break in the sequence, please do.
3. Start small, aim big.
Build up your strength by starting with one or repetition and slowly build up your reps over time.
4. Dedication.
The hard part for any ritual tends to be consistency. Make a realistic plan and find ways to stick with it. Our group will help you through if you share :)
5. Integrate.
After any yoga practice, take a one minute in seated meditation, Shavasana, or even mountain pose to soak up the benefits of your practice before moving on with your day.
