I don’t believe in “diets” or eliminating entire food groups unless it’s medically necessary. I do believe in customizing what works for my clients and their varied lifestyles. I’ll help you create a framework of healthy meals and mindful habits, that will work for your lifestyle, needs and goals. Most importantly will identify roadblocks or triggers that caused you to gain weight, and in most cases re-gain the weight again. Unless we mindfully connect to the negative thinking, stress eating, boredom eating, and social pressures, the lose/gain cycle repeats. Together, we address these important triggers and engage new behaviors without restrictive dieting, calorie counting or scale obsession. Intuitive eating using mindful practices is therefore specific to each individual. Make friends with your food, your body and feel in control again. Though our work is done together, I have support groups you can choose to join, for community but they are not a prerequisite. Learn to ENJOY and CELEBRATE, NEVER FEEL GUILTY while getting healthier! Wouldn’t it be great to feel amazing and know you can Have your Cake and Eat it too? You really CAN!

Wellness offerings such as challenges, Lunch and Learn seminars, or health fairs are a staple of customized services that bring the best best health and wellness offerings directly to your tenants.
