If you are ready to:

THIS CHALLENGE IS FOR YOU !
Get a stronger core, butt, back, legs, chest and better-shaped arms and feel overall proud you’ve made progress.
You can do this on vacation, you can do it with zero equipment!
There are only 3 components to this challenge:
1. Pick which type of push-up is best for you:
a. Countertop
b. Table Height
c. Coffee Table
d. Kneeling
e. Military Style (On Toes)
2. Commit to the practice once a day during the whole month of July for 1 minute
3. Report “I Did It” with the number of push-ups you completed to our private Push-Up Challenge Facebook page.
