Shrimp Alfredo with Hearts of Palm Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup​ Primal Kitchen No-Dairy Garlic Alfredo Sauce or Alfredo Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp. Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil

  • 2 Packets of Palmini Angel Hair Pasta

  • 1/2 pound of shrimp, shelled and deveined

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Handful of parsley to garnish1 large leek (or onion)

Instructions:

  • Add avocado oil to a medium sized saucepan on medium heat.

  • Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.

  • Add the shrimp to the hot pan and saute until bright pink and opaque, approximately 2-3 mins each side.

  • Remove the shrimp and lower the heat to medium low.

  • Allow the pan to cool.

  • Strain 1-2 packets of Angel Hair Palmini to remove any excess liquid.

  • Add the noodles, Garlic Alfredo Sauce and shrimp to the pan.

  • Toss the ingredients together and cook just until heated.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy!
