Rainbow Peanut Noodles
Ingredients:
1 cup spinach
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 cup carrots
1 cup red pepper
2 cups edamame
1/2 box protein noodles (I used barilla protein spaghetti to get the extra protein)
To me the dressing is the best part!
1/2 cup pb
4 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup water
1 tsp garlic
Instructions:
Mix all together and enjoy!
