Rainbow Peanut Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage

  • 1 cup carrots

  • 1 cup red pepper

  • 2 cups edamame

  • 1/2 box protein noodles (I used barilla protein spaghetti to get the extra protein)

    To me the dressing is the best part!

  • 1/2 cup pb

  • 4 tbsp soy sauce

  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1 tsp garlic

    Instructions:

  • Mix all together and enjoy!
