Sharing a Protein Ball Recipe!
Ingredients:
/4C raw oatmeal
1/2C almonds
1/4 C raisins 🍇
8 pitted dates
1/4C Raw Sunflower Seeds 🌻
2 scoop protein powder (i used @arbonne coffee flavor )
1/2 tsp vanilla
1Tbsp cocoa
honey to taste
Instructions:
Blend everything in a food processor and keep them in your fridge up to 2 weeks
and ENJOY 🥰
