1/2 Onion chopped
1 Chopped ham steak
1 can Black beans
Chopped colorful pepper
Sautee
Add chopped cilantro
Place on lettuce
Add chopped tomato
Fresh ripe avocado
A few corn tortillas
And pepper flakes
