Cook some noodles of your choice

Sauté

1Onion,

1-2 chopped garlic clove,

2-4 Tbsp of grated ginger in canola oil and 1Tbsp bit of sesame oil for flavor

Add

Drained chopped tofu or protein of choice.

( set aside tofu when browned - if meat keep it in )

Cut and add vegetables of your choice. Our favorites: carrot coins, whole snap peas, or broccoli & sliced crunchy water chestnuts stir fry on high, stirring them for only a couple minutes.

Add Vegetable broth bring to a boil cook just until veggies not hard.

Turn off heat add in some Braggs Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce to taste (this is your salt).

Ladle soup into bowls
