Black Bean Brownies
Ingredients:
1 15-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
3 large eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon table salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place parchment paper in 8×8 baking dish and set aside.
Place all ingredients except chocolate chips in blender and blend until smooth.
Pour and scrape batter evenly into the baking dish.
Top batter with chocolate chips.
Bake in oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Let cool for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
